For account access, billing and refunds, or questions about an engagement, email hello@drost.ai.

Include your organization name and a relevant request, purchase, or engagement ID if you have one. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, cookies, target credentials, or raw tool output.

Install the verified macOS or Linux release with curl -fsSL https://edge.drost.ai/install.sh | sh. It includes its own runtime and does not require Node.js, npm, Python, or sudo. For a default installation, the installer idempotently configures ~/.local/bin for zsh, bash, or a POSIX login shell when needed.

Open a new terminal, then run drost doctor. If your shell still cannot find drost, use $HOME/.local/bin/drost directly and contact support. Linux requires Bubblewrap, a user D-Bus session, and an unlocked Secret Service keyring for durable login; Drost Edge never stores credentials in plaintext or runs sudo. The npm package remains available as a documented alternative.

If you suspect account access you do not recognize, use the Console’s Security page to revoke sessions and contact us. We will verify account authority before making account or billing changes.

For launch-promotion questions, include your organization name and onboarding completion time. Promotional grants appear separately from purchases in Console billing. They are used first, do not expire, and cannot be refunded, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Support cannot move a grant between organizations or create a payment refund for promotional credit.
