Drost Edge terms of service
These terms govern Drost Edge, provided by Trinity Cloud Inc. d/b/a Drost ("Drost," "we," or "us"). By creating an organization or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization. If you cannot bind the organization, do not create its account or purchase credit. Contact hello@drost.ai with questions.
Service and authorized use
Drost Edge supports security validation initiated from a customer-controlled device. Your organization must own each assessment target or have explicit authorization to test it. You must keep activity within that authorization and applicable law, protect data encountered, and avoid disrupting third-party systems or evading access or payment controls. We may pause new access or purchases to address abuse, fraud, security, or legal risk while preserving applicable payment and record obligations. Findings are investigative results, not a guarantee that a system is secure or that every vulnerability has been found.
Accounts and purchasing
The current purchasing flow is for organizations and billing addresses in the United States. Organization owners control purchases and refunds. Drost Edge uses prepaid USD service credit, not a subscription or automatic recharge. New purchases are available in $50 or $100 amounts and become available only after captured payment and any risk review are verified. Unused credit remains in the organization’s account. Credit is for Drost Edge services, has no cash value except as required by law or the refund terms below, and cannot be transferred between organizations.
Usage-based prices
Current Drost Edge prices per million tokens are $0.75 cached input, $12.50 uncached input, and $62.50 output. Output includes reasoning. Input is charged once as cached or uncached. A request-sized temporary hold is settled against confirmed usage and unused credit is released. Drost absorbs failed or incomplete requests, internal compaction, and usage it cannot verify. An engagement has no fixed fee or fixed total price; a $50 credit purchase is account credit, not an engagement charge.
Unused credit and refunds
An eligible organization owner can request a refund of a purchase’s unspent, unreserved credit through the Console or by emailing hello@drost.ai. Eligible whole-cent amounts return to the original payment method; a sub-cent remainder stays as service credit. Consumed usage is not covered by this unused-credit refund. Risk reviews, disputes, or uncertain processor results can delay settlement while facts are reconciled. Contact us about a service error or other refund request; we will assess it under applicable law. These terms do not limit any non-waivable refund or dispute right. Any applicable tax is shown in the purchase flow before payment.
Data and support
The local client does not save an engagement transcript. The hosted backend retains a restricted record, including tool activity and outputs; see our privacy notice. You are responsible for your assessment scope, local device security, and customer-selected deliverables stored on your device. For account, billing, or engagement support, contact hello@drost.ai. Do not send passwords, card details, cookies, target credentials, or raw tool output by email.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be presented for renewed acceptance before affected new purchases where required. Existing purchases and usage records retain their recorded facts and price snapshots. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
